They could probably be easily mistakened. even though kiyo doesnt really look like touya in that certain picture he does in others! but itz really hard to find pictures of him & ook me like an hour! ( ok im exacdriating) but still. maybe its the uniforms that put the finishings touches on them! thats what makes them soooo alike! the hair..the uniforms..the eyes (sometimes) but yea. they usually look like twins!!
